Terms of Service

Effective July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Docslide website and service. By using our services you agree to these Terms.

The service

Docslide is an AI presentation maker that converts documents you provide (reports, PDFs, Word documents, Google Docs, or pasted text) into slide decks: extracted outline, slide layouts, editable charts built from your tables, and speaker notes, exported as native PowerPoint (.pptx) files and Google Slides decks.

Accounts

You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account. You must give an accurate email address and keep your access credentials secure.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by uploading documents you have no right to use, attempting to access data you are not authorized to, interfering with the service, reverse-engineering it, or using it to violate any law or third-party right. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to any document, template, brand asset, or font you upload.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis as shown at signup, in US dollars. Current plans are Starter at $15 per month, Pro at $29 per month, and Team at $79 per month, billed yearly by default, with monthly billing available at the listed monthly rates. You can cancel anytime; your plan then runs to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or under any money-back period we offer. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Your documents and decks stay yours

You retain all rights to the documents you upload and to the decks Docslide generates from them. We use your documents solely to build your decks and provide the service; they are deleted after processing and never used to train AI models, as described in our Privacy Policy. We claim no ownership over your content or your output.

AI drafts, you approve

Docslide converts and designs; it does not fabricate content that is not in your document. Every deck is an AI-generated first draft that you are expected to review, edit, and approve before you present it or send it to a client. You are responsible for the accuracy and suitability of any deck you present. Sample documents and decks shown on this site are illustrative only.

Service availability

We work to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Enterprise plans may include specific service-level agreements.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or that any generated deck is accurate, complete, or suitable for a given audience. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Docslide is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any business decision made based on a deck generated by the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. On termination, we will delete or return your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
